A Big No No!
Being in a band is not an easy task to handle (in the past). But now, even if a person is not that skilled in the filed of music he/she can join a band. It does not mean that I don't agree with the present situation of being in a band. It is a good practice for those people who really wants to be in the band. It is because the person can have an experience that he/she can use to improve their skills. Just like in my case, I did not start playing in a band with a pro level experience. It's just that I really love music that is way I used my bad experiences in stage in order to get good lessons to be learned and skills that is needed to be improve. That is why I agree in the present situation of being a band.
The reason of this post is for us band players to be motivated in the sound and the melody of the music not the fame and (maybe)fortune that a band will give. This kind of motivation is not the best way to achieve something. It cannot give a person a good experience that he/she needs to improve in their music.
Just like Nathan said "If you want to be in a band just because you want to be famous? better not join a band. because you will only ruin the music itself. "
So for us to be more successful in the filed of music. We must always remember that we must not be motivated by the fame or (maybe)fortune that a band will give but at least we must be humble in our music and always do our best not for being famous but for us to grab more opportunities and experiences in the music world.^^

Is that so... You are kinda right there, but I'm kinda bothered about being "humble" when you already consider yourself as being pro... Why can you still be humble when you already achieved a pro level?? Why can you just tell them that you are a pro??? It only implies that you are boastful to make yourself being humble even though you are not a beginner anymore... I'm not saying that you are a pro... I'm only declining the humble thing.. all in all its correct... FOLLOW MY BLOG!!!
