Arnel Pineda

I was so amazed by Arnel Pineda's achievements and made me realized that we as musicians or even not musicians must not give up our dreams and our goals in life.

At first, he was just a poor boy. He was stop schooling because of his financial problems and ended up working in a pier. His job there was cleaning scrap metals and cleaning docked ships. He also collected glass bottles, newspapers, scrap metals in order to earn money. And at night, he sleeps anywhere. But his determination in singing was not blown away by the hardships that his life passed.

Because of his hardships and determination he was selected as the lead singer of an early but famous band named "Journey" and one of the best songs that the band made was sang by arnel. One of the best songs that arnel sang was "Open Arms". click here to see the video.

So for us, let's not lose hope in our dreams coz when the right time comes we will appreciate it.
