Stage Fright

At the age of 13, I was inspired by this song even though it was not a famous song in our place. It started when my brother and his friends formed a band called spasm. They practice a lot until they can play a song perfectly. In that time, I was their audience in their performance. But I did notice one thing when they are playing on stage, even if they had technical errors in their actions they still give their best and ending their act with a satisfying expressions in their faces. It made me feel that when making sometime or doing something, give it your best even if something gets wrong. I was also amazed by the band because they are also making songs of their own and one of their composed song was named "Stage Fright". It was their second composed song. It did motivate me to learn music and to play on stage. At the age of 14, me and my new born band was so eager to play on stage. It was our first time to play music with many people watching you as well as great bands are watching. In that situation, we were frighten by the atmosphere of the crowd but we still pushed it through until we ended a not so good performance but it did give us a boost of motivations and inspirations by or friends and co-musicians.

It did really fit in the song "Stage Fright" on what happen in our first performance. But it was a stepping stone for us because of that we are engaged to do more practice in order to give a good act in the next gigs and events. In achieving something, we must cross all unfortunate roads in order to learn and appreciate what we are doing.
